If you are facing the stranger behaviour that just a specific issue from Xray is not being exported correctly, please follow the troubleshooting below:
Step-by-step troubleshooting:
- The first step is to analyze the template and see if everything is correct.
- Try to export another issue from the same issue type. Does this work?
- Then, perform a re-index of your Project. For that go to Project Settings >> Xray Settings >> Re-Indexing >> and click on the "Re-Index" button. This operation may take some time, depending on the size of your project.
- Try to export the issue with problems.
- If it still does not export correctly, contact our Support Team.
