Now it's possible to manage some Xporter configurations even if you are not a Jira Administrator.
Previously only Jira administrators were able to adjust some Xporter settings which brings dependency on these.
Currently project administrators are able to manage templates or permission schemes on project level and these configurations only apply to that project and cannot be used by other Jira projects.
